Description: The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) is soliciting electronic Bids for a new NERO Storage Building to be used for general work/research and the storage of maintenance implements and tools. The scope of the project includes the construction of a 40' x 80' pole building complete with 12' wide covered canopy structure with all framing, installation of composite siding and imitation stone veneer exterior facade finishes, metal roof panels, concrete floor, insulation, interior wall finishes with FRP and metal, installation of garage & man doors, installation of windows, installation of HVAC, electrical and plumbing building systems and other building appurtenances.
