North Branch Land Trust (NBLT) Huntsville Reservoir Public Access Area Installation / Construction (Dallas Borough, Luzerne County, PA) Project Advertisement Work shall consist of the following: This project is to create a low impact parking area for light recreation on the property of PA American Water along Reservoir Rd. near Huntsville Reservoir in Dallas Borough. The small low impact parking area will have 5 parking spaces for site users. The parking area will be a crushed stone parking area. Plan details will be provided. Required signage, drainage features, informational kiosk, Erosion and Sediment Pollution controls and access control features (gates, boulders, fencing) are also to be installed. Construction Plans and Bid Cost Sheet may be obtained digitally from NBLT by contacting us at info@nblt.org. Bids must be submitted on the Bid Cost Sheet furnished by NBLT. Project must be completed on or before June 23, 2025. North Branch Land Trust reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. All correspondence must be via email: info@nblt.org
