**As of January 24, 2022 the project has been awarded to Lawson Corp. in the amount of $1,186,603.50** As of 12/06/2021 This project has not been awarded. The project consists of storm drainage improvements (installation of 1,800 lineal feet of 10"-48" pipe, 12" CIPP lining, manholes, catch basins), sanitary sewer improvements (manholes and 3,500 lineal feet of 6"-8" CIPP lining). First-tier Subcontractor Disclosure Forms for this project are due no later than 4 p.m. on November 23, 2021 to Terry Muralt, Purchasing Agent, by fax, (503) 526-2490, or by email, bidmail@BeavertonOregon.gov. Questions that cannot be addressed by direct reference to the Bid Documents may be answered through an addendum issued to all plan holders.A bidders failure to attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting shall cause the bidders bid to be deemed non-responsive. Bidders must submit or have on file with the Citys Purchasing Division a current letter of approval from the State of Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) Construction Contracts Unit showing that Contractor has been preapproved for the following class or classes of work: (EART)-Earthwork and Drainage. City must receive the letter no later than the date and time established in Section 4. The contract expected to be awarded in connection with this solicitation is subject to the state prevailing wage rates under ORS 279C.800 to 279C.875 and/or the federal prevailing wage rates under the Davis-Bacon Act (40 U.S.C. 3141 et seq.). No Bid will be received or considered by the City unless the Bid contains a statement by the Bidder that "Bidder agrees to be bound by and will comply with the provisions of ORS 279C.838, ORS 279C.840 or 40 U.S.C. 3141 to 3148 For more information regarding this project contact Tristan Wear, Project Manager, at TWear@BeavertonOregon.gov or (503) 347-8020. The project cost is approximately between $1,250,000 and $1,450,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Therefore, the City has adopted an aspirational goal of 10 percent participation of firms certified by COBID in its overall dollar amount of contracting and purchasing activities.
