Bid Cancelled Project # 583-21-513 - Replace Pipe Insulation, at the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, 1481 W. 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202-2803. This project will address pipe insulation that needs replaced. Uninsulated diffusers, uninsulated VAV's, and failing duct insulation has created issues in clinical areas throughout the facility with failing ceiling tiles due to excessive condensation. Period of Performance: 158 calendar days after receiving the notice to proceed. NAICS: 236220 is applicable with the small business size standard of $39.5 million. Magnitude of construction: Between $250,000 and $500,000. An organized pre-bid site visit is scheduled, see provision 52.236-27, contained herein, for details. Bid opening will take place virtually at the date and time specified in block 13A. Only bids from VA verified SDVOSBs in the Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization Vendor Information Pages (VIP) database (https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/) at the time of bid submission and prior to award will be eligible for award. Joint Ventures (JV) are also subject to the same same SDVOSB, VetBiz, etc. requirements as regular SDVOSBs are. Moreover, the prime venture partner must be the SDVOSB partner used to create the JV.
