For the Delhi Township Administration Elevator Repair. Delhi Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities in bidding. The Contractor shall furnish a Contract Bond for the life of the Contract in an amount equal to 100 percent of the Contract amount The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to provide Elevator Shaft - Vac and Proper EPA Approved Disposal and In Ground Drilling Services. A. Disposal of Non-Regulated Sludge/Solids from Elevator shaft and surrounding area; a. Removal of soil and debris from shaft and surrounding area; b. Disposal of soil and debris removed from shaft and surrounding area; c. In Ground Drilling Services; and d. Elevator technician Stand-by, if needed.
