The City of Cincinnati seeks qualified bidders for Sussex Avenue Improvements This Contract includes constructing approximately 1,050 LF of new sidewalks adjacent to existing City streets in the community of Mt. Washington. The project's work also includes constructing minor retaining walls, a small parking lot, concrete curbs, minimal roadway widening, and other associated roadway construction items. This is an LPA Project funded in part by the Federal Highway Administration through the ODOT Local-Let process and is subject to Federal Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program requirements. Please note, any bids received without the electronic submission of the DBE Utilization Plan at or before the time of bid, will be deemed unresponsive. Again, the DBE Utilization Plan must be filled out completely and submitted electronically at or before the time of bid opening.
