As of January 13, 2024, a construction manager has been awarded and is re-bidding this project out in separate packages. Construction is expected to begin May 19, 2023. The Glascock County Board of Education plans to select the most qualified Construction Management Firm (CM) to enter into a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract for the construction for the above referenced project. The procedures for contracts as established by the Georgia Local Government Public Works Construction Law, O.C.G.A., 36-91-1 shall be followed. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technicalities and informalities. Value Range: $$ $2MM - <$10MM Estimated Start Date: 5/20/2022 Estimated End Date: 7/29/2022
