Renovation of a water / sewer project in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
QA submitted by 10th November 2021 Funding for this project is provided through the Oklahoma Water Resources Board Clean Water State Revolving Fund Program. As such the requirement of Davis Bacon Act wage rules shall apply as more explained in the Information to Bidders in the Contract Documents. Only a bid submitted by a Contractor on record with the Engineer as having received plans and bid documents from the Engineer will be opened. All questions related to the documents or procedures must be submitted by November l0th, 2021 in writing (letter or email) to: lisa.vargo@tetratech.com. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all Bids. Each Bidder must deposit with his Bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. All Bids must be made on the required Bid form. Surety companies executing BONDS must appear on the Treasury Department's most current list (Circular 570 as amended) and be authorized to transact business in the state where the project is located. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
