Sealed Bids for Bartlesville Public Schools – Richard Kane Elementary Addition & Wilson Elementary Addition – will be received and publicly opened and read aloud. Bids will be received by Bartlesville Public Schools hereinafter referred to as “Owner,” in the Education Service Center, 1100 SW Jennings Ave, Bartlesville, OK 74003 until 2:00 pm, Tuesday, March 1, 2022 Bid Packages will include but not limited to: 2.01 Demolition, 3.01 Concrete, 4.01 Masonry 5.01 Steel Turnkey, 6.01 Millwork, 7.01 Waterproofing & Joint Sealants, 7.02 Roofing & Metal Panels, 8.01 Doors, Frames, Hardware, Installation, 08.02 Storefronts, 9.01 Drywall, 9.02 Flooring, 9.03 Terrazzo Flooring, 9.04 Painting, 10.01 Signage, 10.02 Toilet Accessories, 21.01 Fire Suppression, 22.01 Plumbing, 23.00 HVAC, 26.01 Electrical, 31.01 Earthwork, 32.01 Site Improvements, 32.02 Landscaping, 33.01 Utilities. The bidding process will be in compliance with the Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid if the bid equals or exceeds $50,000. By this notice, all provisions of the act apply to this project and are incorporated into notice by reference. Upon receipt of an acceptable bid, the contract will be awarded within thirty days after the opening of bids and the written contract executed within ten days thereafter.
