Site work and paving for a road / highway in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Project consists of furnishing all materials, labor, and expenses necessary to construct the project as called for in the plans and specifications on file in the Engi-neering Department, 3rd Floor, City Hall, 401 S. Johnstone, Bartlesville, Oklahoma 74003, (918) 338- 4251. The major work on the project shall consist of the fol-lowing: 56,387 SY Asphalt Pavement Rejuvenation PER SQUARE YARD bid amount shall include all materi-als, equipment, labor, and incidentals to complete work as specified and required. Proposals shall be accompa-nied by a five percent (5%) bid guarantee. Each Bidder must deposit with his Bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. All Bids must be made on the required Bid form and Bidder shall be a record plan holder with the City. Owner reserves right to waive any informality or to re-ject any or all Bids and select the lowest and best bid. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours (exclud-ing Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays) before time set for receiving bids, as well as bids received after time set for receipt of bids, will not be considered and will be returned unopened. Last day for questions will be Tuesday, April 12th, 2022 and the last day for issuing addendums will be April 13th, 2022 .
