Plans and specifications may be viewed and examined at the City of Prattville Engineering Department, 102 W Main Street, Prattville, Alabama 36067, at the office of Civil Southeast, 342 US Highway 82 Bypass West, Prattville, AL 36067. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities.
