Renovation of a mixed-use development in Rock Falls, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development; and office development.
Video Surveillance Upgrades at two properties. The WCHA reserves the right to accept any proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the WCHA and reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any and all informalities in the proposal process. The WCHA reserves the right to cancel the solicitation for any reason it deems is in the best interest of the WCHA.
