Add Alternate Scope: Remove unit ventilator outdoor air intake louver and provide brick patching to match exterior of building. HVAC estimate: $46,500 These Projects are subject to the State Architect's "State of Ohio Standard Requirements for Public Facility Construction," Prevailing Wage rates and Equal Employment Opportunity requirements. Bidders are required to be enrolled in and to be in good standing in DFSP approved by the OBWC prior to submitting a bid.
