Training Room o Demolish 12' long closet. o Remove drywall on walls at elevated area and mechanical closet door. o Remove door from Office adjacent to training room. o Remove tile flooring and baseboard throughout room. o Frame a 15' long, 60" tall L-shaped partition wall at elevated area. o Infill opening to adjacent office. o Drywall, texture and paint exposed side of electrical closet, exposed block behind new cabinets, both sides of partition wall, elevated area walls and opening to adjacent office. o Remove and replace all acoustic ceiling frame and tiles. New ceiling to be same height throughout. Frame and tiles to be black. o Install 12' of cabinets and laminate countertops adjacent to electrical closet. o Install L-shape laminate countertop desk behind partition wall in elevated space. o Install wood trim cap at new knee wall. o Install new hollow-core painted door to mechanical closet. o Site prep, coordination with city selected subcontractors (electrical, mechanical and fire), final construction clean up, waste disposal, and permitting Note: Floor install completed by others after said work is completed The City of Deltona reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals and to make the award to that Bidder/Respondent, who in the opinion of the City will be in the best interest of and/or the most advantageous to the City. The City of Deltona also reserves the right to reject the bid/proposal of any vendor who has previously failed in the proper performance of an award or to deliver on time contracts of a similar nature or who, in the City's opinion, is not in a position to perform properly under this award. The City of Deltona reserves the right to inspect all facilities of bidders/respondents in order to make a determination as to the foregoing. The City of Deltona reserves the right to waive any irregularities, informalities, and technicalities in offers received, and may, at its discretion, request a re-bid, or abandon the project/procurement in its entirety.
