To provide sealed bids for the new Cabell County Sheriff's Ona Field Office and garage with requirements set forth in specification in the RFP, copies of which are furnished upon request at: Location: Cabell County Commission - 750 5th Avenue, Suite 300, Huntington, WV Contact: Chad Nelson, Administrator-Grants Planning & Permits Beginning Monday, November 1, 2021 from 8:30 A.M. until 4:30 P.M. Monday - Friday Said responses to Request for Proposal to construct a new building for the Cabell County Ona Field Office The Cabell County Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bids received. All bids shall be valid for 90 days from the date of the opening. The bidder to whom the contract is awarded shall execute and deliver to the Owner within 10 days after the award, and before signing the contract, a Performance Bond and Payment Bond utilizing the bond forms bound in the Project Manual each in a penal sum equal to at least the contract sum and the cost of such bonds shall be included in the bid
