Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Perryville, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
The City of Perryville, Missouri is requesting qualifications for Construction Manager services relating to construction of a new Fire Station and Impound Facility. The City reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all qualifications and to waive any or all formalities or technicalities in the RFQ process, to accept the firm(s) which the City, in its sole discretion, determines to be most qualified, and to hold the qualification for a period of 60 days without taking action. Respondent must bear all costs associated with submittal including preparation, copying, postage, and delivery costs. The City shall be under no obligation to return any materials submitted in response to this request for qualifications. The City of Perryville is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
