The work to be performed consists, in general, of placing hot mix asphalt overlay, including placement of geo-textile fabric, ACpavement grinding, constructing PCC curb and gutter, sidewalk, retaining curbs, ADA compliant curb ramps, adjusting manholes/utility irons to grade, replacing deteriorated storm drain pipe, installing drainage inlets/manholes, restoring traffic striping, legends and markings, and traffic signal modifications with signal interconnect; and all other works as shown on the contract documents.
The City of Citrus Heights is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide professional services for the 2021 Greenback Lane Complete Streets Improvements Project. This project is locally funded. As such, there is no Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal nor Caltrans Local Assistance paperwork to be completed. The Project will resurface Greenback Lane between Sunrise Boulevard and Fair Oaks Boulevard, and also includes construction of curb, gutter, sidewalk, curb ramps, storm drain facilities, traffic signal modifications, traffic signal interconnect, signing, and striping. The major work tasks for this project include: A. Resident Engineer/Construction Manager B. Construction Inspection C. Materials Testing There will not be a pre-submittal conference for this RFP.
