Renovation of an educational facility in Billings, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
For the construction of the Lockwood CTE Visitor Locker Room Showers The LHS Visitor Showers Project will consist of all demolition, carpentry, framing, drywall, wall, ceiling & flooring finishes, doors/frames/hardware, Div 10 Specialties, plumbing, mechanical & electrical work as shown on the Project Bid Documents. Time is of the essence and project would like to be started and completed over the Christmas Break. Dates for Construction could begin as early as Saturday, December 18th, 2021, running through Sunday, January 2nd, 2022 or sooner. Interested Contractors are not required to attend, but highly encouraged to do so. There will not be other opportunities to visit the facility outside of the Pre-Bid Conference due to this being an occupied school in session, unless under special circumstances at the discretion of the Owner. All bids need to take into account that the labor needs to be factored using current Montana State Prevailing Wage Rates in force at the time of this bid.
