COA Permit No.: SP-2021-0093D TC Permit No: 21-36264 For North Fork Wastewater Interceptor, Segment 4 For furnishing all labor, supplies, and supervision necessary for construction of North Fork Wastewater Interceptor, Segment 4 (the Project). No bids received by fax, email, or other digital means will be accepted. Any proposal received after the closing time will be filed unopened. The Project comprises the installation of approximately 1,045 linear feet of 18-inch gravity sewer pipeline at an average depth of 15 feet. The Award will be made on the basis of the lowest responsible bidder that is considered the most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project in accordance with Texas Water Code Section 49.273(c). The right is reserved to waive any informality in the bidding and to reject any or all bids. Located at: the connection at existing North Fork 2 Gravity Sewer 1,575 feet northwest of the intersection of Finial Dr. and FM 1625, traveling 1,045 feet northeast along future collector and terminating after crossing William Cannon Dr. The deadline to ask questions is 12/06/2021 5:00 PM CST a two year maintenance bond in the amount of 10% of the contract price
