Renovation of a mixed-use development in Memphis, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and fire / police facility.

University of Tennessee Health Science Center Facilities and Physical Plant Building Attn: Edwin Jeffries 201 East Street, Room 211 Memphis, TN 38163 The scope of Phase 1 - BASE BID (per these plans and specifications dated July 24, 2023) will include the roof replacement, the major components of the new HVAC system, the new plumbing and electrical as needed to support a future finish of the interior. The existing structural system will remain with some seismic improvements - and the elevator is a Bid Alternate. Phase 2 (future Phase, not part of this bid/contract) will include the site work, the elevator, the courtyard, and all finishes, doors, lighting, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC necessary to complete the building interior for occupancy. The contemplated furnishings would also be a part of this work. Bidders shall be licensed and qualified per state law. Five percent (5%) Bid Security is required in the form of a Bid Bond or check (certified or cashier's) made payable to State of Tennessee. Non-discrimination policy applies. This project consists of demolition of select interior walls and ceilings. Some exterior repair of brick and removal of existing roof and replace with new. The project scope includes upgrades to building systems, and all related work. Bidders shall submit questions about bidding documents to Designer in writing. Question Deadline 01/05/2024
