Bidders will be required to provide a bid bond or certified check, attached to this bid made payable to Riverton City in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid price The successful bidder must submit to Riverton City full performance and payment bonds in amounts equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Flashings. 8. Walkway pads. 9. Other roofing-related items specified or indicated on the drawings or otherwise necessary to provide a complete weatherproof roofing system. B Disposal of demolition debris and construction waste is the responsibility of roofing contractor. Perform disposal in manner complying with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. C. Comply with the published recommendations and instructions of the roofing membrane manufacturer.
