Clean out two water tanks, the High Tank and the Main Tank. Both tanks are 3 million gallon tanks, 150 foot diameter, 23 foot deep, concrete tank. There is no power at the sites. If contractor uses the water from the hydrant they will have to get a meter from utility billing and a deposit is required for the meter. Clean out includes the removal of all silt, haul silt off site, pressure wash and chlorinate all surfaces. Replace Main Tank Drain Valve: Work includes excavating approximalty 15' to 16' deep and replacing the existing leaking 8" drain valve with a new 8" Mueller Gate Valve. Contractor is required to complete within 30 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
