Jordan School District (JSD) is inviting pre-qualified contractors (Contractors) to submit bids for various restroom remodels at Rosamond Elementary in Riverton, Utah. The project consists of the interior demolition and remodel of existing toilet rooms to include, but not limited to: Removal and replacement of existing floor and wall tile, saw-cutting and removal of existing concrete floors, new waste piping and plumbing fixtures, new toilet room accessories and toilet stall partitions.
