Renovation of a municipal facility in Riverton, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Premier Painting & Wallcoverings, Inc was awarded this project. Quote to select a contractor to epoxy floors in two rooms at the Green Well Building (12400 River Vista Dr). Room #1 54'x31' (1674 sq/ft of unfinished concrete floor). Room #2 35'x25' (875 sq/ft of previously painted concrete floor). 1 Work Includes but may not be limited to: grind prep concrete and remove existing coatings, application of joint fillers, crack fill and patching if needed, application of high solids epoxy and urethane topcoat. Color of the epoxy and of the flakes are to be determined. Questions of a technical nature regarding this project or the specifications should be directed to Craig Calvert at 801-208-3175.
