Site work and paving for a road / highway in Riverton, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Riverton City is conducting an Invitation for Bid for the 2021 Overlay Project. Work on this project includes: Frontage improvements along the south side of 13200 South (between 1179 west and 1133 west); 2" overlay of 13200 South from 1300 West to Lovers Lane (1100 West); 2" overlay of Park Avenue (from 12600 South to Redwood Road); 2" Overlay of the Oquirrh Park parking lot; and 2" overlay of a portion of the Rose Creek Trail (from Morning Cloak Way, west 1600 feet). The work will consist primarily of: Construction of approximately 165 linear feet of curb and gutter, 875 square feet of 3"/8" asphalt concrete pavement, 600 square feet of concrete sidewalk, 750 square feet of concrete driveway approaches, (2) asphalt driveways and (1) UTBC driveway. Installation of a 72" storm drain dry well Modification of an existing irrigation clean-out box Relocation of water meters and valves Edge roto-mill and 2" mill Placement of 2" overlay of approximately 46,000 square feet on 13200 South, 150,000 square feet on Park Avenue, 7,300 square feet on the Oquirrh Park parking lot, and 20,000 square feet on the Rose Creek Trail. Adjust/raise utilities to grade Re-striping of roads Other items as specified Bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany each bid.
