The Department comes into possession of foreclosed real estate properties. These properties in the Department's "Real Estate Owned" ("REO") portfolio are managed by the Department's Division of Credit Assurance and require regular upkeep services during the period of time the Department is undergoing the necessary procedures to once again sell these properties. Upkeep includes Winterization, De-Winterization, and Gas fitting. MBE Subcontracting Goal: 0% VSBE Subcontracting Goal: 0% Contract Type: Indefinite Quantity with Firm Fixed Prices Contract Duration: Three (3) Year Base Period Questions Due Date and Time Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at 3:00 PM This is a Small Business Reserve Procurement for which award will be limited to certified small business vendors. Only businesses that meet the statutory requirements set forth in State Finance and Procurement Article, 14-501 -14-505, Annotated Code of Maryland, and that are certified by the Governor's Office of Small, Minority & Women Business Affairs (GOSBA) Small Business Reserve Program are eligible for award of a contract.
