Amendment #00007: The purpose of this modification is to: 1. Notify Offerors that Functional Category 2 - Acquisition Lifecycle Planning and Support Services will be the first Functional Category to proceed into Phase II. Functional Category 2 will also be the first to be awarded. The current estimated award date for Functional Category 2 is between late December 2024 and early January 2025. Functional Category 1 and Functional Category 3 are estimated to be awarded in Quarter 2 of Fiscal Year 2025. Phase II Functional Category 2 proposals are due November 22, 2024 at 2:00pm ET. All Phase II Functional Category 2 Advisory Down-Select notifications will be sent out accordingly. 2. Incorporate the revised pricing spreadsheet to update fillable template to be submitted with Phase II proposals: Attachment 10_Price Template FC2 11.6.24 3. Incorporate the revised highlighted submission information in Section B of the revised Request for Proposal dated 11.6.24. 4. Incorporate the revised highlighted Oral Presentation language and Electronic File Submissions language in Section L of the revised Request for Proposal dated 11.6.24. Amendment #00006: The purpose of this modification is to: 1. Attach an additional SF33 document to allow Offerors to acknowledge all amendments. 2. Provide a Government response to the following question submitted in response to the RFP # 2032H8-24-R-00005 posted on SAM.gov: Question: Will a protégé's firm corporate project experience be evaluated if it is submitted in addition to the one (1) prime offeror corporate experience write up Government Response: Refer to the updated language (highlighted) in Section L of the RFP on page 96 and page 97. Additional Phase I questions will not be accepted. All other documents remain unchanged. Amendment #00004: The purpose of this modification is to: 1. Extend the Phase I submission due date from May 29, 2024 at 9:00 am Eastern Daylight Time to June 3, 2024 at 9:00 am Eastern Daylight Time. 2. Increase the page limit for the SF33 and amendments. This requirement is for the establishment of a Multiple-Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for acquisition support and professional services. This procurement is a competitive 8(a) set-aside. The Contractor shall provide all necessary qualified personnel and services as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor shall provide a range of support to include consulting, program management, communications, organizational effectiveness (OE), strategic planning, acquisition lifecycle, acquisition support, acquisition pre-planning activities, enterprise lifecycle, data analysis, data visualization, and robotic process automation.
