Bid Package #4 2022 District Wide Renovations - North will include the following Bid Categories; General Trades, Masonry, Carpentry, Roofing, Glass & Glazing, Skylights, Flooring, Painting, Lockers, Mechanical, Electrical, Site Work - Paving, Site Work - Landscaping, Fire Alarm, Sound Systems/Audiovisual, Site Work - Fencing, and Auditorium Seating. The work is scheduled to start before Memorial Day 2022 and a formal construction schedule will be developed with contractor input after bids. Bidders are required to submit Bid Security (MCL 380.1267) by a qualified surety authorized to do business in the State of Michigan and submit Iran Economic Sanctions Act Form (MCL 129.311). Bid proposals shall be accompanied by Familial Disclosure Form (MCL 380.1267) disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the Bidder and any member of the Board or the Superintendent of the School District. Bid proposals that do not include this sworn and notarized Familial Disclosure Form shall not be accepted. The School Board will not accept any bid submitted after the indicated due date and time. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals, either in whole or in part. The Board reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularity in bidding and to accept bid alternates.
