Site work for a mixed-use development in Macomb, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Replacement of existing diagonal span configuration to box span wire configurations at six (6) intersections in Macomb County, which includes the update of vehicle and pedestrian signal & detection, cabinets, street name sign, ITS equipment, etc. All works should comply with the latest MDOT Specs. Contractor MUST be a MDOT prequalified contractor. Bidder must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting to submit a bid. For bid evaluation, experience with similar nature and size of projects will be an added qualification Question Deadline 07/19/2024 at 10:00 AM ET No questions will be entertained through e-mail, mail, or in-person. Direct all inquiries concerning the plans and proposal for this project online Scope Area: o Complete six (6) intersections locations on county roads in four (4) townships and one (1) city across Macomb County A satisfactory bid bond, certified or cashier's check, bank money order, or certificate of deposit on an open, solvent bank, in the amount of not less than five (5%) percent of the total bid, payable to Macomb County Department of Roads (MCDR) shall be submitted with bid. The Macomb County Department of Roads at its discretion, reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in the bidding process, and to make the award as may appear to be in the best interest of Macomb County Department of Roads (MCDR). No bid can be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids for at least 45 days.
