Construction of a new 23,735 square foot one story building for office use and client services. Trades required for bidding are: complete site work, fencing and gates, underground utilities, drive/parking lot paving, landscaping and irrigation with well, misc. site improvements, building concrete, masonry, steel, exterior metal wall panels, built-up bituminous roofing, aluminum canopies and sunshades, exterior stucco, cabinetry, doors and hardware, windows, wall framing and wall board, wall and floor tile, acoustical ceiling, acoustical wall panels, painting, water proofing, misc. specialties, signage, fire protection, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and (structured cabling only for security system, CCTV system, voice and data.
