Question Cut-off Date: 11/17/2021. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) service companies to provide maintenance of Districts Joint Administration Office (JAO) and surrounding facilities. The successful Proposer shall be responsible for the service and maintenance of all HVAC equipment and corresponding controls for a period of three (3) years. Under this contract, the successful Proposer will be completely responsible for furnishing all parts and labor required to perform the service and maintenance activities, unless noted otherwise. This will include service, maintenance, and replacement as necessary of all equipment and components on an emergency and non-emergency basis, including routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and equipment repairs as specified in this RFP. SB 854/96 Pursuant to Labor Code sections 1725.5 and 1771.1, all contractors and subcontractors, of any tier, must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations, to bid on and enter into a contract. Any questions regarding this RFP must be directed per the instructions listed within the bid package.
