For this third phase of the OCS rehabilitation and replacement program, Various OCS elements were identified for renewal, replacement, and/or modification in this contract along the Guadalupe South (Base) and Guadalupe North (Bid Option) light rail segmentsin addition to the Guadalupe Yard maintenance facility to provide VTA a safe and rehabilitated segment of OCS This Contract is for the replacement of worn overhead contact wire on the Guadalupe light rail corridor: Guadalupe South (Base) and Guadalupe North (Bid Option), including replacement of insulators, modifications of termination assemblies, replacement of disconnect switches, replacement of surge arrestors, elastic arms, and new shop warning lights and insulators at the Guadalupe Yard.
