The building contractor is to acquire all necessary licenses and permits for the project. Throughout the construction process, the building contractor is also responsible for reviewing the progress and submitting any change orders to the city's project representatives for consideration. The undersigned Bidder proposes and agrees hereby to commence the Work of the Contract Documents on a date specified in a written Notice to Proceed to be issued by Architect, and shall complete all work no later than December 30th, 2022.
