The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to solicit sealed Bids from qualified contractors to provide all labor, equipment, materials, and services and to perform all operations necessary to execute and complete the Work required herein and on the attached Drawings and Specifications dated September 16, 2021, prepared by Master Engineers & Designers, Inc. Bid Bond: Five Percent of Bid Amount (calculated on Base Bid) A Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount for all contracts in excess of $100,000 in accordance with Virginia Code 2.2-4337 and 4338, shall be furnished by the successful Bidder Inquiries: If any potential Bidder has questions about the submission requirements or the Project, the potential Bidder must promptly contact Crystal Jensen in writing, but no later than ten (10) working days before the bid due date.
