Renovation of a service station / car wash facility in Danville, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a service station / car wash facility.
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, & incidentals necessary to perform work as detailed in the project manual and drawings as prepared by Architectural Partners Secure Virginia-licensed contractor for the Renovations to Public Works Wash Bay as described in the contract documents. The project location is 998 South Boston Rd. Danville, VA 24540" 5% Bid bond; 100% performance and payment bonds. Time of Completion: ninety (90) calendar days. Liquidated Damages: two hundred ($200) dollars per calendar day. Owner's Representative: Project Manager: Mike Burton (434) 799-5245, mike.burton@danvilleva.gov 1.9 Code: All work performed shall conform to the Virginia Uniform Building Code. Retainage: In making payments, there shall be retained five percent (5%) of the estimated amount until final completion and acceptance of the contract work.
