Saving Project...

Site work, new construction and renovation of an office development in Charlotte, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a 200-square-foot office development.

**As of January 28, 2022. The project has been awarded but awarded amount not available. Estimated budget: 30k -40k. Scope of work will include but is not limited to: Minor Selective Demolition, Roof Patching, Door Hardware, Storefront Repair, Window Film, Drywall Repair, Paint, Flooring, Signage, Mechanical, Electrical and conduit installation. Please reference the project documents for further information regarding the project scope of work. This project has a goal of 10% MWBE participation so MWBE forms will be required with all bids. The undersigned further agrees to begin the work promptly upon receipt of Notice to Proceed and to pursue the work with an adequate work force to complete the work within 90 Consecutive Calendar Days from the Notice to Proceed, Five Hundred Dollars ($500) per calendar day is hereby agreed upon as the Liquidated Damages. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
