Demolition and site work for a residential development in South River, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
The State reserves the right to make the determination as to what is proprietary or confidential, and will advise the winning bidder accordingly. The State will not honor any attempt by a winning bidder to designate its entire proposal as proprietary, confidential and/or to claim copyright protection for its entire proposal. In the event of any challenge to the winning bidder's assertion of confidentiality with which the State does not concur, the bidder shall be solely responsible for defending its designation Bidders must be classified by the Division under N.J.S.A. 52:35-1 et seq. and must submit bid security as provided in Instructions to Bidders and General Conditions revised December 2015. No bidder may withdraw his bid for 60 calendar days after the opening. The State may reject any and all bids. Location: 132 Weber Avenue, Sayreville, Middlesex County, NJ & 41 Belmont Avenue; 35 Freeman Street; 30 Herman Street; 14 Little Martin Street & 8- 10 Washington Street, South River, Middlesex County, NJ.
