Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for the construction of a water / sewer project.

As of May 24, 2023, construction is underway, however, an exact timeline for construction has not been confirmed. The Question Deadline is extended to 2:00 PM EST, February 1, 2022 Provide all materials, equipment and labor necessary for the construction of Heritage Hunt Sewage Pumping Station, L52 Replacement, and Force Main Extension. The work includes, but is not limited to the following: Mobilization: All work related to the preparations onsite prior to the commencement of any work. Demobilization and Closeout - All work related to demobilization of project site and closeout as required by the Contract Documents Heritage Hunt Sewage Pumping Station Performance of all work as described in the contract documents for the construction of a new 7.81 MGD wet well/dry-pit sewage pump station. Furnish, installation and startup of all pump station equipment, including but not limited to; sewage pumps, grinder systems, carbon odor control, bioxide odor control, mechanical systems and generator. Maintaining service of existing pump station throughout duration of construction. Demolition of existing pump station structure and appurtenances after the startup of the new sewage pump station. Site improvements, including but not limited to paving, grading, fencing and landscaping as shown on the design plans. Other sanitary sewer appurtenances of the Heritage Hunt Sewage Pumping Station. Heritage Hunt Force Main Performance of all work as described in the contract documents for the construction of a new 24-inch and 16-inch class 52 ductile iron force main. Site restoration and improvements, including but not limited to paving, grading, fencing and landscaping as shown on the design plans. Quality level A utility designation as described in the contract documents. Maintenance of traffic (MOT) and work zone safety measures as required by the contract documents. Testing and Start-up of new Force Main System. Bidder shall submit each bid and required accompanying documents using the blank form(s) provided in this Project Manual. The Service Authority will hold a Pre-Bid Conference using MS Teams Meeting. While attendance is not mandatory, prospective Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. Potential Bidders interested in attending the Pre-bid Conference may download the application and join the meeting via the MS Teams application by audio, video or both. If a Bidder plans to join the Pre-Bid Conference, the Bidder must inform the Procurement Department at purchasinggroupemail@pwcsa.org with the following information: vendor name, business address and contact person. The Service Authority will provide the MS Teams link to requestors only. Upon completion of the meeting, the Service Authority will post an attendance list on the Service Authority website. Interested Bidders and Subcontractors are strongly encouraged to attend. Pleas of ignorance of any conditions existing on the work-site, or difficulties encountered in the execution of the Work, or as a result of failure to make necessary investigations and examinations, will not be accepted as an excuse for any failure or omission on the part of any Bidder to properly fulfill the requirements set forth in the Contract Documents.
