Submission deadline for questions is February 18, 2022 in the event that an Addendum is needed. Right to Reject, Waive, or Terminate the QSP. Reject any or all quotes, to waive any informality in the QSP process, or to terminate the QSP process at any time, if deemed by YMHA to be in its best interests. YMHA is committed to a goal of twenty-five percent (25%) of all contract funds being awarded to Small Disadvantaged Business Concerns (SDBC). Attachment E, Small Disadvantaged Subcontracting Plan, must be completed and submitted with the quote/offer. TIME OF COMPLETION If awarded a Contract the Undersigned will complete the Work within one-hundred and forty (140) days of the Notice to Proceed.
