Demolition, site work and new construction of a civil project in Peru, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for the construction of a water / sewer project.
As of March 21, 2022 bidding has been postponed. A rebid will be announced at a later date. A specific timeline for rebidding has not yet been determined. The work is generally described as follows: Construction of approximately 56,770 LF of 8" PVC transmission main and 800 LF of 10" HDPE transmission main including valves, fittings, hydrants, air release manholes, leak detection manhole, and appurtenances; construction of booster pump station including block building, booster pumps, interior piping, electrical, controls, and mechanical; construction of metering and control building including block building, interior piping, electrical, controls, and mechanical; demolition of existing well 81-1 and berm removal; demolition of existing well 88-1; demolition of existing water treatment facility and berm removal.
