The work to be performed under this contract generally consists of: Sealing Park Ave. From South Corporate limits to 350 feet east of Park Ave. On 5th St. (In front of Al Wheeler Activity Center). The location of this work is at: Park Ave. South Corporate limits to 350 feet east of Park Ave on 5th St., Peru, Nebraska 68421. The bid must be accompanied by the following: Bidder's Checklist; Bid Proposal; Bid Guarantee; Indemnity and Hold Harmless Agreement; and Affirmative Action Compliance. This bid is being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with Neb. Rev. Stat. 73-101. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of Nebraska Fair Employment Practice Act (FEPA), Neb. Rev. Stat. 48-1101 et seq., Neb. Rev. Stat. 81-1355 through 81-1368, and Neb. State Const. Art. 1-30, Affirmative Action requirements of the State of Nebraska. The Peru City Council reserves the right to reject any or all proposals in whole or in part and to waive such informalities as may be permitted by law.
