The work to be performed under this contract generally consist of (but not limited to) weekly cleaning of the restrooms - wiping down of all surfaces (toilet, sink, urinal, mirrors, shelves), basic mopping of floors, restock of supplies. Kitchen - wipe down all surfaces (counter, backsplash, outside of fridge, and microwave), scour sink, and mop floor. Dustmop the community room and hall way. Vacuum all carpet. Monthly task would be the moping of the community room and hallway, cleaning the display glass in community room and hall way, cleaning the windows (both inside and out) and the glass front door. Deep scrub the restroom floors and fixtures, de-cobweb the ceilings artwork, tops of doors and the like. Cleaning products will be supplied. Wipe out the fridge and microwave. This service has to be completed during the hours City Hall is open which is M-F, 8 A.M. to 4 P.M. This bid is being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with Neb. Rev. Stat. 73-101. The Peru City Council reserves the right to reject any or all proposals in whole or in part and to waive such informalities as may be permitted by law.
