Barrington High School Campus for Barrington Community Unit School District 220 The Board of Education of Barrington Community Unit School District 220, Cook, Lake, McHenry, and Kane Counties, Illinois is accepting bid proposals for the Barrington High School Campus Addition & Renovation located in Barrington, Illinois. The Barrington High School project will bid as multiple trade packages: selective demolition, masonry, steel, carpentry & general trades, roofing, aluminum & glazing, drywall, acoustic ceilings, flooring, painting, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, food service equipment, epoxy flooring, and athletic equipment. Bidders must include all work associated with the contract documents. Refer to the contract documents for additional information related to the scope of work. Prime Trade Agreements for the Work will be assigned to the Construction Manager. All bids must be accompanied by a Cashier's Check or Bid Bond of ten percent (10%) of the amount of the Base Bid made payable to Barrington Community Unit School District 220. Contractors shall guarantee their submitted Bid Proposal for a ninety (90) day period from the date of Bid Opening.
