PUBLIC WORKS FACILITY INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS AT BROWNS STATION WAY AND LEUTHART DRIVE Installation of a fully functioning actuated traffic signal with decorative mast arms, decorative LED light fixtures, new traffic signal equipment, video vehicular detection system, landscaping improvements, and all other necessary items including asphalt milling and resurfacing, storm sewer improvements, concrete curbs, and sidewalks. At the hour of 10:30 AM Eastern Time on November 30th, 2021, all bids for this construction project will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Executive Conference Room of the Clarksville Administration Building, 2000 Broadway Street, Clarksville, Indiana 47129. The bids shall be unit price for all work shown on the plans and called for in the technical specifications as detailed in the instructions to bidders in the Project Manual and submitted in duplicate on the State Board of Accounts Form No. 96. The above check or bond is to ensure the execution of the contract on which such bids are made. The Contractor to whom the work is awarded will be required to furnish, before commencing work, certificates of all insurance required by the Project Manual and performance and payment bonds to extend for a period of one year after final acceptance in an amount equal to the bid price of the contract awarded to said Contractor. The contract documents, including the plans and technical specifications, are on file for public inspection at the Public Works Office, located at 107 Roy Cole Drive, Clarksville, IN 47219.
