Project has not going to cancel the bid but extend it into January. And award at the end of the month. For Automated Fuel and Fluid Monitoring and Management System Solution This request for proposal document contains specifications and requirements for a desired automated fuel and fluid monitoring and management system solution. All materials or features not specifically mentioned which are necessary in order to provide a complete system shall be provided by the Contractor to provide a turnkey system at a firm-fixed price. Contractor must describe any non-compliance with the specifications and provide adequate information for the non-compliance items. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary hardware, software, configuration, construction, installation, training, warranty and technical support to provide a turnkey fuel and fluid management system. TARC currently operates a three-lane fueling and cleaning station at its 1000 W. Broadway bus storage building. Approximately two hundred and thirty (230) diesel buses are serviced daily between the three lanes.
