Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Rockford, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: Contractor shall remove trees, and topsoil, compact, place class II sand and install 4" reinforced concrete w/thickened edge for 8 painted pickleball courts with black vinyl chainlink fence. Restore turf a specified. Include all necessary appurtenances and restoration. A bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to Courtland Township in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of forty-five (45) days after the receipt of bids. The project shall be completed in accordance with the following dates: Completion: All work shall be substantially complete by May 13, 2022 and completed and ready for final payment by May 20, 2022.
