***As of December 23, 2021, the project has been awarded for the amount of $690,439.50.*** The proposed project will repair guardrail damage caused by the 2020 Glass Fire in Napa County. The project will be commenced along sections of the following Napa County roads: Spring Mountain Road, Lodi Lane, Larkmead Lane, Old Lawley Roll Road. Contractor shall possess a Class A, C-13 or C-32 license at the time of contract award. All questions must be received by mail, or e-mail to John Vicencio (John.Vicencio@countyofnapa.org), Napa County Public Works, 1195 Third St. Room 101, Napa, CA 94559, by November 18, 2021, 12:00 P.M. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids. A bid guarantee in the amount of 10% of the total bid shall accompany the bid. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price and a Labor and Material Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price with good and sufficient surety
