The United Nations Development Corporation (UNDC), a public benefit corporation of the State of New York, is seeking qualified contractors to provide all material, labor, and oversight to furnish and install HVAC equipment at Three UN Plaza, a Class A, mixed-use, mid-rise building consisting of office tenancy, located in east midtown Manhattan. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, removal of existing A/C equipment and installation of new HVAC equipment in an approximately 700 square foot mechanical room including associated piping and electrical work. Modifications to certain field conditions might be required and will be detailed in a set of drawings created by the project engineer. The minimum required qualifications are as follows: A minimum of ten (10) years of demonstrated experience in this field. Licensed by the State of New York. Liability insurance of $5,000,000.
