(ICI), as the Construction Manager for Elmhurst Community Unit School District 205 invites you to submit a bid on the pre-purchase of mechanical and electrical equipment for a proposed addition and interior renovations at Fischer Elementary School located in Elmhurst, IL. Scope of work includes the purchase and delivery of an air-cooled, chiller, AHU's, vertical unit ventilators, pumps, switchgear, and an emergency generator set. Work is scheduled to begin June 2022 and complete December 2022. Addendum #1 has been issued. Addendum #2 has been issued.
