Renovation of a municipal facility in Atlanta, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Seeking qualified firms to provide Design-Build Services ("D/B Services") for the design and construction of Fulton County Government Center Cooling Tower Repair and Retrofit The Design-Build Team shall perform all design and construction work necessary for a successful retrofit and repair of the cooling tower system for the Fulton County Government Center at 141 Pryor Street, SW, Atlanta, Georgia. The Design-Build Team shall be responsible to research, design, produce necessary construction documents, and perform all necessary demolition, testing, repair, and construction required for a complete project. Fulton County does not discriminate on the basis of disability in the admission or access to its programs or activities. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. 11.49% MBE and 2.62% FBE (Subcontracting Level) substantially complete- (180) calendar days finally complete the Work within two hundred ten (210) days
